Adopt-a-Pet.com is North America's largest not-for-profit pet adoption website. In the early 2000s I led the technical team that rearchitected and rebuilt Adopt-a-Pet.com onto an entirely new technology stack. I was involved in the information architecture, UI/UX development, software development and testing, migration planning and dev ops for the site's underlying hosting infrastructure. I also coordinated much of the project management and planning process for the entire effort. For years after the successful relaunch, my team continued to plan, design, implement, test and launch various new features and improvements to the site.
