I'm selling a large house and a great commercial building - perhaps you or someone you know is interested?

The house for sale is a grand old place with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, located in central Richmond within walking distance of the downtown area.  It's a great space for entertaining, hosting guests or raising a family, and has also been used in the past for small business purposes.

The commercial building for sale is in Richmond's thriving Depot District.  Upstairs there's a great apartment that tenants seem to love (just recently available for rent, BTW), and downstairs there's a space that's ready to be finished out into a gallery, retail space, coffee shop or office area - lots of possibilities!
